Needless to say, I was concerned at the thought of trying this dish as well. Tuna, let alone raw tuna, is something I had never tried before. I was relieved (and intrigued) to know that the caviar-looking-eggs on top of the tuna were actually olive oil balls. Still, it took a little motivation to get myself to try this one. And still, I did not at all regret it. My father always says, if you’re going to try something for the first time, make sure you’re trying it at the right place.
