#TBT Stuffed Buffalo Chicken


I made this dish for Andy and I over the summer. Chicken rollatini always impresses people, but it’s secretly very easy to make. I usually make chicken rollatini with spinach alla parmigiana (recipe below) but since I love spicy food, I thought I would try the buffalo chicken version. Although these recipes are from Skinny Taste, I have to admit  I sometimes make alterations. I don’t always  follow buying low and fat-free ingredients, because in reality, fat just tastes better.  I liked this recipe better than the parmigiana one, but probably because I love hot sauce so much.
