The Last Supper

Tonight, my roommates and I decided to make a big dinner for the last time this semester. It was our last hoorah before the stress of finals, and the last time we will all be together at our house for a long time!

I recently posted some seasonal meals that are simple yet impressive. We took some of these ideas to make tonight’s feast. We decided on baked brie bites to start, followed by chicken pot pie for the main course.

Our school convenience store sells individual brie bites, so we used these for the appetizer. We followed the recipe for the most part, but just had to keep an eye on them in the oven as they baked a little quicker than a full brie rind would.

We followed this recipe pretty closely. We served the pot pie with sticky white rice, which absorbs the pot pie sauce very nicely.

Delicious and simple meal to end the semester on a great note!
