Simple Breakfast Sandwich

I love making my own breakfast. I tend to put whatever is in my fridge in a frying pan and crack an egg or two over it to make a messy scramble of savory goodness (topped with cheese & hot sauce, which are absolute necessities when I’m eating eggs). This sandwich features sauteed onions and mushrooms, with two egg whites fried over them, topped with Camembert, Sriracha, and arugula on whole wheat toast.
